Bloomberg reports that Nokia was the winner following a UK appeals court ruling, which invalidated two European patents held by German intellectual property company IPCom. The London courts first found in Nokia’s favour in January 2010. The two companies are involved in several actions across Europe, as IPCom seeks royalties on patents acquired in 2007 from automotive supplier Robert Bosch.
