The Chosun Ilbo reports that Korean handset manufacturer Pantech is looking to sell 1 million smartphones in 2010, having already recorded sales of 800,000 so far this year. The company is also looking to expand its presence in international markets, with a device set to be launched by Japan’s KDDI early in 2011, and ten smartphones launched targeting overseas customers in the coming twelve months.
