Telecompaper reports that Jordan’s Telecommunications Regulatory Commission said the country will first auction one 3G licence, in a tender open to incumbents and new entrants, in order to establish an appropriate price. It will then offer licences to the incumbent operators, which include Orange, Zain and Umniah.
