Chinese mobile advertising network Madhouse has joined forces with Chinese number-two operator China Unicom to operate a mobile application promotion platform.
 
Madhouse provides intelligent targeting technology on its SmartMad network, which reaches 82 percent of mobile internet users in China and has more than 8,000 mobile app publishers as members. The company also operates in India.
 
Madhouse COO Dan Wong said working with China Unicom will allow the company to take advantage of the operator’s customer relationships, data and other resources to more effectively promote and deliver apps. “I believe that this partnership will enable a differentiated platform to drive application discovery and download for developers," he said.
