Netherlands-based operator KPN outlined its strategic targets for the period to 2015, including “sustained mobile service revenue market share in the Netherlands of more than 45 percent,” with Thorsten Dirks, CEO of its German subsidiary E-Plus, also now taking on responsibility for its international mobile operations. The company recently said it is to cut up to 5,000 jobs in its home market, noting that changed consumer behaviour has impacted its mobile revenue.
