A US court has denied a motion by US mobile operator T-Mobile USA aimed at dismissing a lawsuit filed by a group of disgruntled T-Mobile subscribers that claim the company charged them for unsolicited text messages, reports Cellular News. The court’s ruling allows the case, first filed in October 2007, to move forward.
