Nokia announced a number of upgrades to its Ovi Store. It introduced “search improvements,” led by the prioritisation of titles over descriptions; added support for the use of email addresses as usernames; made device selection optional, so customers can browse content for other handset models; and added a short user survey. The company also said it is working on “two important areas” for improvement in its Ovi Store, calling for developers who may be interested in participating in a beta programme. It is exploring “in-app purchase and even stronger DRM.”
