Hewlett-Packard, the world’s largest PC-maker by sales, is talking with China’s three mobile operators about offering netbooks, reports the Wall Street Journal. The possible collaborations with China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom would help expand HP’s sales channels in the country.
