Telecompaper reports that SK Telecom and Malaysian wireless broadband firm Packet One (P1) have signed an agreement that will see SK Telecom buy a stake in the company. SK Telecom will invest US$100 million and become P1’s largest shareholder with a 25 percent stake, which will give the company two seats on the board of directors.
