AT&T opened its AT&T Foundry centre in Ra’anana, Israel, in partnership with Amdocs, which it said will enable it to “work with start-ups and developers to get the latest innovations and services into the hands of AT&T customers more quickly than ever before.” Development tracks at the site include mHealth, HTML5, new ways to deliver rich media, advanced check-in and location-based applications, and APIs. It is AT&T’s second permanent Foundry facility, following the opening of a site in partnership with Alcatel-Lucent during February 2010.
