Samsung has been successful in reversing the block on sales of its Galaxy Nexus smartphone after a US appeals court lifted an injunction, reports Reuters. US district judge Lucy Koh had previously dismissed Samsung’s appeal of her decision to impose a pre-trial sales injunction, after the device was deemed to infringe a patent related to Apple’s Siri voice-activated search. The appeals court did however uphold a decision to block sales of the company’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet.
