Information Week reports that a lawsuit has been filed in a New York court claiming iPhone 3G demands too much power from the 3G bandwidths and AT&T’s infrastructure is insufficient to handle the number of devices sold. The lawsuit further alleges that iPhone 3G has “well-known and documented issues regarding premature wear-and-tear.”
