Vodafone is poised to announce the sale of the 25 percent stake it currently owns in Polish mobile operator Polkomtel, Reuters reports, citing Slawomir Jedrzejczyk, deputy head of Polish oil refiner PKN. PKN is one of several state-controlled Polish companies that own the remaining 75 percent and are also planning to sell their combined holding. “From the information we have, there is a chance that the whole of Polkomtel will be up for sale,” Jedrzejczyk said.
