Bangladesh operator Grameenphone has said it will not pay US$400 million that the country’s telecoms regulator claims it owes, AFP reports. The Telenor-owned company is instead calling for an audit to be conducted in line with international standards, although the authorities have warned of “legal steps” if the bill is not paid.
