Toshiba will unveil a new tablet by year-end that runs on Google’s Android operating system, reports The Wall Street Journal. Called Folio 100 (pictured), the device will be launched in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and features a 10.1 inch multi-touch display. Toshiba’s earlier tablet was called the JournE Touch and ran over Microsoft’s Windows operating system. Yesterday Samsung unveiled its Galaxy Tab device, the latest tablet to take on market leader Apple’s iPad.
