Telefonica’s sweetened offer for Portugal Telecom’s indirect stake in Brazilian operator Vivo is still insufficient, Portugal Telecom chief executive Zeinal Bava said Tuesday, reports Dow Jones Newswires. “The offer does not reflect the strategic value of this asset for Telefonica,” Bava said.
