Thai newspaper The Nation reports that operator DTAC has filed a complaint with the courts related to an agreement between rivals CAT and True Corp, which would see these companies jointly investing in CDMA and HSPA mobile services. True signed a long-term deal with CAT last year, after it also agreed to acquire smaller operator Hutch, in which CAT was also a shareholder. DTAC has now called for an injunction halting their investment plans, until the agreements have been reviewed by “all relevant authorities.”
