Reuters reports that FBR Capital Markets said yesterday production of Apple’s iconic iPhone might plunge more than 40 percent in the fourth quarter from the previous period. Meanwhile the Wall Street Journal adds that Tony Fadell, a senior vice president of Apple’s iPod division and a part of the team involved in the development of the iPhone, is leaving the company and will be replaced by a former IBM employee.
