Hong Kong’s PCCW plans to launch an IPO for its telecoms business on Wednesday, reports Reuters. Sources say the IPO could raise between US$1.2 billion and US$1.4 billion. The company, which is spinning off the telecoms business, started pre-marketing the deal on 25 October to investors in Asia, Europe and the US and was slated to start the roadshow this week.
