The Financial Times reports that Nokia has won a court victory in a patent dispute with German-based IPCom as it braced itself for fresh legal conflict with Apple of the US. London’s High Court ruled that Nokia had not infringed two IPCom patents relating to mobile network technology because the patents were invalid, delivering a setback to the German company after three years of legal wrangling with Nokia.
