Mobile ad and publishing network Tapjoy announced support for Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7 platform, noting that “judging by the early indicators, it’s no longer a question of ‘if’ but ‘when’ will Microsoft’s mobile operating system demand your attention as a developer.”

The company is offering Publisher and Advertiser SDKs for WP7 developers. They are intended to offer app developers building on the XNA and Silverlight frameworks a turnkey platform for “acquiring cost-effective new users, driving deeper engagement within their apps, and monetising virtual goods or premium content.”

Tapjoy said the SDKs offer “similar” functionality to its iOS and Android products. The Advertiser SDK supports pay-per-install and pay-per-engagement distribution, while the Publisher SDK enables developers to integrate Tapjoy’s library of advertisements and ad units.
