Mobile app tools company appRenaissance has launched a private beta of its Artisan native mobile app optimisation platform.

Artisan allows non-technical users such as marketers, publishers and ecommerce professionals to “create, test and customisethe user experience” of apps as well as provide analytics about how users are interacting with apps.

Without needing to write code users can create and test different user interface designs with the user base. The current version of Artisan allows for multivariate and A/B testing.

“Following the evolution that web development has taken, we’ve brought mobile optimization solutions to market for non-developers, simplifying app control in the mobile space, and speeding the mobile app iteration process,” said appRenaissance CEO Bob Moul.

Artisan is currently available for iOS with support for Android and HTML5 in the pipeline.
