Wireless City Planning gets go ahead in Japan

Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has approved an application by Wireless City Planning to deploy basestations using the 2.5GHz spectrum band. Authorisation was originally given to a company called Willcom in 2007 but following financial difficulties the company spun off Wireless City Planning.
