The Wireless Broadband Alliance, which describes itself as “a pioneer in global wireless broadband roaming for public WiFi networks,” announced the addition of ten new members to its ranks, including high-profile companies including Intel, Google and NTT Docomo. In a statement, the WBA says that “these organisations want to work together to make the Wi-Fi experience easier for the customers,” and that “there is a real focus on creating new opportunities for 3G Wi-Fi roaming.”
