Indonesia will not have 4G services until 2014 at the earliest, a government official has told The Jakarta Post. The Ministry of Communications and Informatics official said the adoption of 4G “is not easy” and needs to be handled carefully, adding that the government is studying examples of LTE frequency allocations in other markets before committing to its own tender process.
