The bidding for bandwidth for 3G mobile services covering the whole of India rose almost 139 percent to INR83.82 billion (US$1.89 billion), after a total of 82 rounds at the end of the 14th day of auctions, the Department of Telecommunications said Monday, reports Dow Jones Newswires. The starting price was INR35.00 billion.
