Bharti Infratel, the towers arm of Indian operator Bharti Airtel, is planning to raise around US$800 million through a 10 percent initial public offering in the second week of December, the Wall Street Journal reports. However, it was also noted that official approval has not yet been granted for the long-anticipated move.
