Nokia is developing a new Linux-based entry-level smartphone OS to replace Symbian, according to DigiTimes sources. The OS will appear on smartphones priced between US$100 and US$150, Taiwanese handset makers told the publication. Mobile Business Briefing has previously reported on such speculation, back in September.
