Telenor announced Friday that it is swapping heads at its Indian mobile operation, Uninor. Managing director Stein-Erik Vellan has resigned and will be replaced by Sigve Brekke, currently head of Telenor’s Asia Region unit. Brekke will continue to be the head of Asia for Telenor.
