Mobile content infrastructure and service provider Motricity sold 5 million shares at US$10 per share, raising about US$50 million during its IPO, Reuters reported. Motricity said it will use proceeds from the offering for technology investments and acquisitions. The new shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq on 18 June.
