Carphone Warehouse today raised its full-year profits guidance for a second time after strong demand in the UK and US for new smartphones offset sluggish growth in Europe, according to the Financial Times. The group said earnings per share to March 2010 would be at the top end of its £0.14-£0.15 guidance, and up from £0.126 a year ago.
