Polish businessman Zygmunt Solorz-Zak has agreed an approximate EUR3.5 billion debt package with his lenders to finance the acquisition of Polish mobile operator Polkomtel, of which two-thirds is likely to be financed in the bond market, according to a Dow Jones Newswires report. In addition to the bond financing, the loan package will comprise zloty- and euro-denominated loan tranches.
