Telecompaper reports that KPN’s German subsidiary E-Plus has unveiled its own Android smartphone called lutea, which will be available from December of this year and will run on the company’s Base brand. The Base lutea includes a 5 MP camera, 3.5-inch touchscreen and integrated GPS receiver and is made by ZTE.
