Restoring full service following the damage caused by Hurricane Sandy will cost AT&T, Sprint and Verizon Wireless millions of dollars, according to analysts. The repair work is likely to set back Verizon Wireless US$306 million according to Barclays analyst James Ratcliffe. A Verizon executive said that it could take two weeks for Verizon to restore services to all customers.
