Norway’s Telenor has told investors that next year will be decisive for its struggling Indian operations, Uninor, reports Bloomberg. “Our goal is to get back on the business plan next year in terms of revenues and cash flow,” said Uninor CEO Sigve Brekke at Telenor’s investor meeting this week. “I’m not going to say that we are confident. A year from now we’ll know what we’re able to do.” Uninor contributed just NOK159 million (US$27 million) in revenue in the first half of the year, and is thought to have racked-up losses of NOK3.4 billion to date.
