China's ZTE has unveiled a high-speed USB dongle it claims can connect users to the Internet in less than 15 seconds. The MF 190 data card – which ZTE expects to be available by the end of the month – uses continuous packet connectivity and driver-free technology to access high speed HSPA+ mobile networks. The dongle doesn’t require software to be installed on the device and doesn’t rely on any particular mobile device resources or OS.
