The Toronto Sun reports that Canadian startup operator Wind Mobile has lodged a complaint with Canada’s competition regulator over what it calls Rogers Communications’ “misleading” advertising for its Chatr brand. Speaking at the Toronto Board of Trade Thursday, Wind chairman Anthony Lacavera said current Chatr advertising is misleading and anti-competitive. In particular, Lacavera took issue with Rogers’ claim that Chatr is more reliable and has fewer dropped calls than Wind.
