US regional integrated operator Ntelos said that its wireless operating revenue for the second quarter of 2011 was US$104.3 million, up 5 percent year-on-year, due to a US$5.6 million increase in wholesale revenue from Sprint. Subscriber revenue was US$63.8 million, down from US$66.4 million, due to a US$3.1 million decline in prepaid sales. EBITDA for the unit decreased to US$35.9 million from US$38.4 million, reflecting the subscriber losses.
