Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) plans to sell its microwave transport business – including associated operational support and support systems – to high-capacity microwave technology company DragonWave. The deal will see DragonWave become NSN’s preferred strategic supplier of packet microwave and related products with the companies coordinating technology development work. If completed, the deal will cost DragonWave EUR10 million in cash and EUR5 million in shares.
