Kazakhstan’s dominant fixed-line operator, KazakhTelecom has announced plans to sell its 51 percent stake in its mobile subsidiary, Mobile Telecom-Service, reports Cellular News. KazakhTelecom already owns a 49 percent stake in GSM Kazakhstan (Kcell), a far larger mobile operator.
