China Unicom said today its first-quarter net profit totaled CNY3.57 billion, notes Dow Jones Newswires. Revenue in the three months ended 31 March was CNY37.92 billion. The operator did not provide year-earlier figures because its newly acquired businesses has not prepared financial information for the first quarter of last year.
