Canada’s spectrum auction has reached its final stretch, with total bids hitting more than C$4 billion (US$3.9 billion) so far – about twice the amount expected – reports Reuters. With bidding expected to end soon, the three top telecom companies – Rogers Communications, BCE and Telus – lead the pack.
