Developer HandyGames partnered with Yodo1 to launch iOS and Android games in the Chinese market.

Yodo1 is managing “the entire market entry process” for HandyGames, including adapting game mechanics and design elements to be more appealing to Chinese users, meeting local licensing requirements, creating additional monetisation mechanisms, integrating with Chinese ad networks and payment gateways, and “protecting the IP rights of HandyGames’ titles in the China market”.

Yodo1 will also provide additional promotion for the games through its review website, Yoping, which is integrated with Chinese social sites including Sina Weibo and Tencent Weibo.

The first five fully-localised titles will be Clouds & Sheep, Guns ‘n’ Glory, Guns ‘n’ Glory WW2, Happy Vikings, and Infecct.
