Cellular News notes that Singaporean operator StarHub will launch a commercial HSPA+ service from tomorrow, with devices provided by Huawei. Branded as MaxMobile Elite, StarHub’s HSPA+ service offers theoretical peak download speeds of 21Mb/s nationwide. The upgrade was completed in March, and offered to trial users. Yesterday the operator announced that its new CEO from next year will be ex-M1 CEO Neil Montefiore.
