A restructuring deal for Bulgarian number-three operator Vivacom will be discussed amongst creditors at the English High Court on 30 August. Approval for the deal in which VTB Capital and Corporate Commercial Bank will take a 73 percent stake in the operator’s parent company, Bulgarian Telecommunications Company, and reduce Vivacom’s debt, will then be considered on 6 September.
