Brazilian operator Oi is set to increase its annual investments to BRL6 billion (US$3.3 billion) from BRL5 billion in the period to 2015, as it looks to “boost its slipping share of a hotly contested wireless market and boost operating profits,” Reuters reported. The company has seen its mobile market share slipping as competition in the market increases.
