Thailand’s Information and Communications Technology Minister Ranongruk Suwanchawee has ordered state-run telco TOT to cut its budget for developing 3G mobile services from THB29 billion (US$818 million) to THB20 billion, reports TeleGeography, citing a report in The Nation.
