Russian billionaire Suleyman Kerimov has bought 6 percent of operator Rostelecom, according to national business daily Vedomosti. Kerimov bought the stake from Yevgeny Yurchenko, who was formerly the director general of Rostelecom stakeholder Svyazinvest. Yurchenko remains a minority shareholder, the newspaper reports.
