Visa announced the commercial availability of mobile contactless payments enabled by DeviceFidelity’s In2Pay microSD solution, which it says marks “the first time in Visa’s history” that such a solution has been included in its list of Visa compliant products available for potential commercial deployment. US financial services company Wells Fargo is set to pilot the technology with staff in San Francisco, using BlackBerry and iPhone devices.
