Polkomtel, Aero2 choose NSN for network modernisation

07 SEP 2012

Polish operators Polkomtel and Aero2 have chosen Nokia Siemens Networks to modernise and expand their GSM, HSPA+ and LTE networks in a joint agreement. The work should provide better coverage and advanced voice and data services for customers. “Polkomtel is currently looking into significant investments. Aero2 is one of the first operators in the world to build a combined TD-LTE and FDD-LTE network, with the help of Chinese infrastructure vendor Huawei.
